Recently, I received a sample of the Vegg from its creator, Rocky Shepheard of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The plant-based egg-yolk replacer can be used to make vegan versions of everything from fried eggs and hard-boiled eggs to carbonara and egg nog.
