There’s a new vegan web series in town. Sylvia’s Vegan Kitchen is hosted by Sylvia Oakley, a Vancouver nutritionist and musician.
The show sees Oakley making plant-based food and discussing its health benefits while having tons of fun in front of the camera. It premiered in January on YouTube and so far has released four episodes, three of which focus on raw food.
In the first episode, Oakley blends up a green smoothie. For episode two, the zany host cooks up some delicious Brussels sprouts.
Raw tacos, or rawcos, are the subject of the third episode.
The fourth episode shares a recipe for raw zucchini pasta.
As you can see, Oakley isn’t short on energy. What’s coming next? I suggest raw donuts.
